![]() Just an FYI but we use griddle bricks on our Wolf Griddle and Grill - those do a wonderful job on those nasty pieces, nothing else does the job- period. I also use those micro fiber towels from Sam's club instead of paper towels, they wash right up. ![]() My Sub Zero looked great after only using the Signature. But the Signature doesn't cut through the grease on the Wolf nearly as well as the Hopes. I use Hopes to clean my 60" Wolf w/ grill and griddle, it is by far the best I have found to cut through the grease, then I used the stainless steel magic cleaner spray to help remove the streaks, but I just tried the Signature cleaner by Wolf after the Hopes on our Wolf, (I guess the installers took the free sample with them 4 years ago) but it does an excellent job giving a final polish and mostly streak free finish, better than the spray- the small sample bottle did my 36" sub zero and our wolf, and I think we have 3 or 4 more applications left in it. Oh yes, and my dog doesn't lick it off the door(rendering the whole cleaning job useless) like she did the next best product I had used. It looks as good as it did freshly polished. It has been two weeks since I last did the fridge and all I have done is wipe some sticky off the handles. I can't vouch for it on other surfaces yet, but I'm thrilled to have someting easier to use on my hunk o' fridge. ![]() You have to order it from them (I searched and searched to try to find it), and the minimum order is 2 bottles at about $16 each. The stuff is Signature Polish and it is made for Subzero and Wolf. They say you can use it on wood, leather, plexiglass, Corian, Formica and other surfaces as well as stainless. It not only cleaned the front easier than anything, no streaks, but the clean has lasted longer than anything else I've tried. It was way more than I could use there, so I went over to the fridge and gave it a try. ![]() I decide to try it on my ccoktop and hood, but it was very fluid instead of the thicker polish I was expecting and I poured half the sample bottle onto my cloth. I have no idea where it was hiding since the reno but recently discovered it. Whatever it is - I discovered my solution by accident. I don't know if it was because I used something different that then installers did or if it's just the nature of that finish. The only SS in my kitchen I have had any issues with cleaning has been my refrigerator (mine's Thermador). ![]()
